1. How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our website, email, or in-store. Upload your design files and select the products you’d like customized.
2. Can I see a proof before production?
Yes, we provide a digital proof for approval before production begins. Changes can be requested at this stage.
3. What is your turnaround time?
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days, depending on the complexity and quantity. Shipping time depends on the selected method.
4. Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes! We specialize in bulk orders. For discounts and timelines, please contact us at Bill@jokerscustomprinting.com.
5. What if my product is defective or incorrect?
Please report defects or errors within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Changes can be made only before proof approval.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, online payment platforms, and cash for in-store purchases.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Costs and delivery times vary by destination.
9. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
