Returns & Refund Policy

At Joker Custom Printing Services, we strive to deliver high-quality custom products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, please review our policy regarding returns and refunds:

1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-printed items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving design proofs before production.

2. Reporting Issues

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos and a description of the issue when contacting our support team at Bill@jokerscustomprinting.com.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds are not issued for customer errors in design approval or incorrect order details provided.

4. Replacements

  • If an issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this time, cancellations are not possible once production begins.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
