  • Do you have a minimum order quantity?
    No, there is not a minimum order, but printing style and price are dependent on quantity.
  • Do you offer volume discounts?
    Yes, we offer volume discounts on orders of 12 or more.
  • Can I see a sample of my design before it is printed?
    Yes! We offer digital mockups of your design for approval before we print your order. This ensures that you are completely satisfied with the design and layout before production.
  • What file types do you accept for designs?
    We accept high-resolution JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS, and AI files. Please ensure that all files are at least 300 DPI for best print quality.
  • What kind of fabrics can you print on?
    All of our apparel is printed on top quality fabrics, depending on the printing requirements.
  • What sizes are available?
    Our sizes range from small to 4XL, and we offer a variety of size charts to ensure that you get the perfect fit. And if you need something outside of our standard size range, we can work with you to create custom sizes that fit your specific needs.
  • What are the colors available?
    We can supply all colors, either from stock or by special order.
  • Do you print for special events?
    Yes, we print for special events, no matter how small or large your order, we can handle it for you.
  • Can you do "Team" designs?
    Yes, we print for teams, corporations, and groups.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    There is no cancellations or refunds on special orders. There is a 30-day return policy on all stocked items, but restocking and shipping fees may apply.
  • What is your turnaround time?
    Our turnaround time depends on the complexity and quantity of your order. Typically, orders take 5-7 business days to produce and ship.
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes, we do deliver in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas. Delivery fees start at $20.00, depending on location.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    At the present time, we only ship within the United States.
  • What if my order is lost in the mail?
    All orders are insured with the shipper and items will be promptly replaced.
  • Do you do rush orders?
    Yes, we offer rush orders for an additional fee. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs and timeframe.
